We do not sell to the public
- We will sell to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, exporters, importers, etc.
- We will sell to hospitals, schools, government and law enforcement agencies that provide their own installation personnel.
- Minimum opening order $100. No minimum on re-orders. Order as much as you want when you want it. The choice is yours.
- To purchase you must have a VCD Dealer Application and a State Resale TaxCertificate on file with us.
- Please completely fill in all information requested on the VCD Dealer Application, when completed you will need to print and sign the appropriet areas, you may fax it and a copy of your Federal Tax ID number or Resale Tax Certificate to us and you will receive full access to this web site.
- Confirmation will be emailed to you when your account information and password is set up in our system.
Warranty Policy

Subject to factory's warranty. You should return defective items to the factory or the factory warranty service center.
- D.O.A 's will be accepted for replacement, call for RMA and directions.
Return Policy

Call for Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date and must be in new, unused condition. A restocking charge of 20% will be applied. In house credit will be issued to your account. Sorry no refunds.
