All orders shipped F.O.B. Kansas City, MO. Once a shipment is released, the carrier is responsible for any damages. Customer must note damages on bill of lading with carrier at time of delivery. All claims must be made by the customer directly with freight carrier and should be reported Vid-Com Distributing within 15 days of invoice date.

Vid-Com Distributing offers the following freight allowances:

• 1% on orders for multiple products totaling over $750. shipped to one location and provided that no single item in the order totals over ½ of the order total.
• 2% on orders for multiple products totaling over $1,500. shipped to one location and provided that no single item is the order totals over ½ of the order total.
• Sorry, no freight allowances for special quotes unless noted on quotation.

Drop Shipment Policy

• Blind Drop Shipment (Shipment made without invoice or catalogs of VCD's within package.) is available at the following rates:

• If original order exceeds $750, one shipment of backordered product will qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments beyond the first backorder release will be subject to normal shipping and handling charges.
• Before backordered items are shipped, we will call for release authorization.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all freight charges plus a 20% restock fee on refused or un-accepted delivery of shipments.
